Bow Wellbeing Therapies
Offering a range of treatments in our new treatment room conveniently located in Bow Wharf by Victoria Park - by appointment, seven days a week.
Massage therapy is too often perceived as an occasional luxury in the hectic world we live in, where the opportunity to take quality time out to listen to the needs of our body is often ignored, until eventually worsening aches and pains or even injury demand our attention. By treating the physical symptoms of stress, postural issues and repetitive strain through regular massage this can be easily avoided.
As therapists our approach to wellbeing practice is to work with clients to identify their individual needs, aiming to improve overall quality of life by incorporating wellbeing therapies into an everyday routine. We apply varied knowledge and skills to create a treatment regime tailored to each individual, aiming to achieve a complete sense of wellbeing in both body and mind through wellbeing therapy, treating the physical symptoms of stress while calming and focusing the mind to restore the body's natural state of balance.
Therapies we offer at present include Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Therapy, Holistic Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Therapy, Classic Swedish and Seated Acupressure Massage. Each treatment session is designed to fit each individual client and techniques can be combined from different aspects of a range of therapies to create a bespoke treatment that your therapist will personally tailor to you - so you can get all the expertise of a Sports Therapist while relaxing with a Deep Tissue or Hot Stone Massage.
